An affidavit is a sworn written statement that must be signed in front of a notary. We confirm your identity and notarize the document according to Louisiana requirements. Examples include: heirship, residency, insurance, divorce, financial, etc...

Refinance Documents

We are able to notarize any mortgage refinance documents for property anywhere in the United States.  Please note that we do not notarize Louisiana cash sales or acts of donation on immovable property.  Those must be done with a notary who records for the parish.

Provisional Custody by Mandate

A Provisional Custody by Mandate allows a parent to temporarily grant caregiving authority to another adult. We notarize the mandate to help ensure it is properly executed and recognized.
